Track Rules  
  ACCIDENTS:
Kentucky Speedway is committed to making your visit with us as safe as possible, but we’re prepared in the event of an accident. If you’re involved in, or witness an incident during your visit, please notify the nearest security guard, usher or contact the Speedway operator at 859-567-3400. Please allow emergency personnel to respond to incidents promptly and without interference.

ADA SHUTTLE SERVICE:
An ADA van will be provided to escort disabled patrons possessing the proper credentials to the pit area. The pick up area is located near the Pedestrian Tunnel.

ALCOHOL POLICY:
If you choose to drink alcohol during your visit to the Speedway, please do so responsibly and be considerate of your fellow fans. You must be 21 years old and present a photo ID with proof of age when making your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any person, for any reason, and will contact police if we believe you are acting in a manner that is contrary to the law or that may endanger yourself, others, or any property.

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM):
For your convenience, ATM's will be located outside the main ticket booth at Gate 15, at Guest Services and on the Concourse Level above Grandstand 2 and Grandstand 5.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS:
Baby Changing stations are available in every restroom on the concourse and in the Tower Grandstand. All restrooms will be clearly marked and also are equipped for persons with disabilities.

CAMPING/RV:
Camping is a great race tradition and we offer several camping options outlined in the following pages. Call 888-652-RACE or visit http://www.kentuckyspeedway.com for rates and space availability.

CAMPING HOURS (ALL AREAS)
Campgrounds open at noon (Eastern) one day PRIOR TO the first event of the weekend and close at noon one day FOLLOWING the final event of the weekend. Campgrounds close each night at 11:00 p.m. or 1 hour following event competition. They will reopen at 7:00 a.m. Guests will not be admitted or permitted to set up their sites beyond posted entry times.

INFIELD RV CAMPING: (NEW FOR 2009!)
INFIELD RV CAMPING RULES AND REGULATIONS: A limited number of Trackside and Interior infield RV campsites may be reserved for a full season or single event in the Red, White or Blue Campgrounds. Campsites in both areas measure 30 feet by 50 feet and do not include utility or water hook-ups. Guests purchasing or visiting an infield campsite must possess an individual infield camping pass, regardless of age. As many as 10 individual infield camping passes may be purchased for each site. Guests possessing Cold or Hot pit passes will not be able to visit a Trackside or Interior campsite without an individual infield camping pass. Guests wishing to view a race event from the grandstand must possess a grandstand ticket. Guests possessing only a grandstand ticket must possess an individual infield pass to visit a Trackside or Interior campsite. Your cooperation with our camping rules is essential to ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay. Failure to comply with the stated and posted rules may result in expulsion from the facility.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
•Our good neighbor quiet policy begins at 11:00 P.M., or one hour after event completion. Quiet hours are in effect until 7:00 A.M.
•Open flame or open pit camp fires are not permitted in the infield.
•Offensive signs, public intoxication and profanity will not be tolerated.
•One RV per campsite.
•Vehicle and camping equipment must not extend beyond assigned space. Fire and Safety personnel must be able to see in all camping areas for safety reasons.
•Fire lanes must remain open at all times; vehicles blocking lanes will be towed.
•Motorcycles, ATV’s personal golf carts, scooters, mopeds and skateboards are not permitted.
•Grills are permitted and must be removed after the event weekend. Grilling is not permitted during practice sessions, qualifying, prerace activities or race series competition.
•Pets are not permitted.
•State and county health rules must be obeyed (waste and wastewater must be disposed of properly at a dumping station).
•Stage, stage lights, live bands and live DJs are prohibited.
•Deadly weapons, laser lights, fireworks or any other items determined to be dangerous to guests and competitors are not permitted.
•Hot tubs and pools are not permitted.
•Height regulation is 13 feet: Any structure measuring more than 13 feet in height must be removed during practice sessions, qualifying, prerace activities or race series competition.
•A 10-foot height restriction will be in effect for structures located on Trackside Campsites in the Red Campground.
Kentucky Speedway, its representatives and contracted agents reserve the right to amend campsite rules and discourage behaviors which, in their judgment, detract from other guests’ enjoyment of any event.

CAMPING OPTIONS AND RULES:
PRIVATE BACKSTRETCH RV: Private Backstretch RV campers can enjoy one of racing’s unique views from one of our 100 Private RV Spaces along the Speedway backstretch. They are available only as a season package for all race weekends.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
•Our season plan includes ONE (1) Season Private RV Vehicle Pass which must be displayed at all times; FOUR (4) Season Private RV Individual Passes, SIX (6) additional Season RV Individual Passes may be purchased through the ticket office for $35.00 each. Only those with the proper pass will be able to enter the RV area, no exceptions. Please notify Kentucky Speedway at 859-578-2300 if someone other than yourself will be using the Season Private RV Individual Pass(es).
•Each guest must have a Private RV Area Individual Pass regardless of age. The maximum number of guests allowed in each spot is TEN (10) per day.
•Only self-contained recreational vehicles equipped with running water, holding tanks and sanitary plumbing are permitted in the backstretch area. Pop-up tents of any style, tent camping and tow vehicles are not allowed.
•All tow vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area outside Gate 28.
•A good neighbor quiet policy will be in effect beginning at 11:00 p.m., local time or one hour following event completion, until 7:00 a.m., local time. Generators are to be off during the designated time period.
•People, blankets, chairs or signage are not permitted on grass banking. Violaters are subject to removal from the premises and termination of their season pass.
•Offensive signs, public intoxication and profanity will not be tolerated.
•All RV's must be parked accordingly. Fire And Safety personnel must be able to see in all camping areas for safety reasons.
•Fire lanes must remain open at all times - vehicles blocking lanes will be towed.
•Motorcycles, ATV's, golf carts, scooters and mopeds are not permitted.
•Grandstand entrance is permitted only with the purchase of a $10.00 RV/Grandstand Entrance Pass. Passes are good for ONE (1) admission and are available at the Fan Center outside Turn 3 and the Main Ticket Booth.
•Grills and fires are permitted, but must be contained and above ground in approved containers. Containers and grills must be removed after the event weekend.
•State and county health rules must be obeyed (waste and wastewater must be disposed of properly at dumping station).

GENERAL CAMPING: All spots are 30 feet wide and up to 50 feet long. Spots are available for $30 per weekend. Spots cannot be reserved in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our tree-lined general camping area is located off of Speedway Blvd.

•Offensive signs, public intoxication and profanity will not be tolerated.
•All RV's must be parked accordingly. Fire and Safety personnel must be able to see in all camping areas for safety reasons.
•Fire lanes must remain open at all times - vehicles blocking lanes will be towed.
•Motorcycles, ATV's, golf carts, scooters and mopeds are not permitted.
• Grills and fires are permitted. Fires must be contained and above ground in an approved container. Grills and fire containers must be removed after the event weekend.
•Pets are welcome and must be on a short leash at all times. The pet owner is responsible for removing pet waste.
•State and county health rules must be obeyed (waste and wastewater must be disposed of properly at dumping station).
•Deadly weapons, laser lights, fireworks or any other items determined to be dangerous to other guests or competitors are not permitted.


CHILD IDENTIFICATION ARMBANDS:
Children may receive a free wristband at the Information & Guest Services booth located underneath the Tower Grandstand near the pedestrian tunnel. The band will help you identify your child should you become separated.

CLUB AREAS (PERSONAL SEAT LICENSE MEMBERSHIP):
Invest in a Speedway Personal Seat License (PSL) and you’ll be watching the
action in luxury in our 210-seat, glass-enclosed, suite-level KENTUCKY CLUB® or our 2,100-seat, outdoor BLUEGRASS CLUB™. Both PSLs include access to Platinum Parking as well as private bar and concession areas. Both clubs are great for entertaining business clients, rewarding employees or rolling out the red carpet for friends and family.

Admission to both clubs requires a wristband and the proper club ticket. Wristbands are available at the Suite/Club Check-In area near the Main Entrance at Gate 12. Contact our PSL coordinator at 859-578-2300 to learn more.

CREDENTIAL OFFICE:
Follow posted signage off I-71, Exit 57 or Exit 55 to the Credential Office.THE CREDENTIAL OFFICE WILL CLOSE AT THE START OF ALL RACE EVENTS.

DRIVING SCHOOLS:
Several driving schools will visit Kentucky Speedway to provide fans with the opportunity to drive a NASCAR Sprint Cup style stock car on our 1.5-mile tri-oval. Visit the “Fan Zone” pages at www.kentuckyspeedway.com for school descriptions, schedules and contact information.

ELEVATORS:
Elevators 1 and 2 are located under the Suite Level for our club and suite guests. Patrons must display the proper Suite Level ticket or Speedway credential to access the elevators.

Elevator 3 is reserved for use by persons with disabilities and provides access to our Tower Level. Persons with disabilities must have the proper Tower Level ticket or Speedway credential to access the elevator.

ESCALATORS:
Escalators are located in our Pedestrian Tunnel, which provides access to the Speedway infield. You must display the proper credential or Pit Pass to enter the tunnel. (Please see the “Pit Pass” section of this guide for information).

FAN COMMUNICATIONS:
We welcome fan comments and opinions. Fans who wish to forward comments should address their letters to: Kentucky Speedway, Attn: Communications Manager, 400 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 100, Ft. Mitchell, KY, 41017. Fans who wish to receive a response should indicate their desire in their letter and provide a return address.

FIRST AID/FAN CARE CENTERS:
Located behind Grandstand 2 and Grandstand 4.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Speedway gift certificates are available year-round. Gift certificates are good toward gift shop and ticket purchases. Certificates can be ordered by phone at 859-578-2300.

HOSPITALITY VILLAGE PARKING AND CHECK-IN:
Hospitality Village is located on the concourse level. Parking and Check-In instructions will be included in each Hospitality Village Race Packet Guests with the proper hospitality pass will be issued a wristband, which allows them to enter the village.

INFORMATION /GUEST SERVICES BOOTH:
Our Information/Guest Services Booth is located underneath the Tower Grandstand near the pedestrian tunnel. Guest service representatives will be available to provide you with general information, assist in acquiring transportation, lost and found, and other event-related services. Children’s identification armbands also are available.

INFORMATION RADIO 1620 AM:
Fans within a nine-mile radius of Kentucky Speedway can get the latest Speedway traffic and facility information throughout the year by tuning to 1620 AM.

I-71 INTERCHANGE – EXIT 55:
Kentucky Speedway Exit 55 will serve as the principle entrance for all Persons with Disabilities, Hospitality, Suite, VIP, Platinum and General Admission parking guests. The interchange connects to Ky. Rte 1039 and Speedway Blvd. to provide access to Speedway Entrances.

I-71 INTERCHANGE – EXIT 57:
Kentucky Speedway Exit 57 will serve as the entrance for Credentials, Infield and General Admission Parking. The interchange connects to St. Rt. 35 to Jerry Carroll Blvd.

LOST & FOUND:
Lost & Found will be submitted to the Information/Guest Services Booth located underneath the Tower Grandstand near the pedestrian tunnel. All items will be held for 30 days pending their claim. We will return items if the claimant sends a letter describing the lost item. When ownership is confirmed, arrangements will be made for the return of found items. For information regarding lost and found articles, call Kentucky Speedway at 859-567-3445, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

PARKING:
Parking is included with you’re admission ticket. Parking areas are accessible from I-71, Exit's 55 or 57, Ky Hwy 35 and Ky Hwy 1039.
PROPER HANG TAGS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER ALL RESERVED PARKING AREAS.
MOTOR HOME PARKING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN OUR CAMPING AREAS.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES PARKING:
Persons with Disabilities Parking is provided for each race event. Follow signage to the designated area. Please display your state-assigned persons with disabilities parking permit in the window of your vehicle to be admitted. Spaces are not reserved and are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES GRANDSTAND ACCESS:
ADA approved spaces for wheelchairs are available. One attendant may accompany guests in wheelchairs. Attendant chairs can be obtained at the Grandstand Guest Services booths located behind each of our six grandstandsections and the Tower Grandstand. For additional information and to reserve persons with disabilities seating, contact the Kentucky Speedway Ticket Office at 859-578-2300. (Please see the “Persons with Disabilities Parking” entry in this guide for parking information)..

PETS:
The only animals allowed inside the Speedway property (except those which are part of an event) are guide dogs to aid the visually impaired, signal dogs to aid the hearing impaired and service dogs to aid persons with disabilities. All animals on Speedway property MUST be kept on a six-foot leash or chain and may not be left unattended.

PIT PASS:
Fans can get closer to the action by purchasing a Cold Pit Pass. Passes are available near the Pedestrian Tunnel entrance beneath the blue Tower Grandstand. Children age 12 and under will be admitted free during Support Race/Practice Days and will be admitted at a reduced rate during main race events. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Guidelines follow:
•Kentucky Speedway reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the Cold Pit area at any time.
•Kentucky Speedway reserves the right to deny the sale of Cold Pit Passes to any individual according to race sanctioning body rules/regulations.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:
ALL CARRY-IN BAGS, BLANKETS, SLEEPING BAGS AND SIMILAR ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH BY KENTUCKY SPEEDWAY WHEN ENTERING THE FACILITY. A LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Aerosol cans
Alcoholic beverages
Animals (except for those assisting people with disabilities)
Baby Strollers
Balloons or beach balls
Bottles, cans or other containers
Beverage containers – except for sealed plastic bottles of water
Chairs of any style
Coolers of any style
Fireworks or missile-like objects
Glass containers of any style
Illegal substances
Laser pointers
Noise making devices – bells, bullhorns, whistles and other items
Projectiles of any style
Sticks, bats, poles or clubs
Tripods
Umbrellas
Video or movie cameras
Weapons: guns, knives, mace, handcuffs, nightsticks, blackjacks or other items.
Items that pose a safety hazard or may diminish from other fans enjoyment of an event.

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM ON RADIO (89.5 FM):
Fans can tune to 89.5 FM on their radios to listen to the Kentucky Speedway public address system during our race events.

RESCHEDULE & POSTPONEMENT POLICY:
In case of postponement, please keep your unused ticket(s) or ticket stub(s) to re-enter on the rescheduled date. Kentucky Speedway does not refund or exchange tickets under any circumstances.

RE-ENTRY:
Guests use their race ticket to exit and re-enter the facility one time only during our race events. Tickets must be scanned upon exiting and re-entering the facility.

RESTROOMS:
Persons with Disabilities: Assisted restrooms are located at the entrance of each restroom building.
Public: Located behind the grandstands throughout the facility. Baby Changing stations are available in all restrooms and in the Tower Grandstand. All restrooms will be clearly marked and also are equipped for persons with disabilities.

SECURITY POLICY:
ALL CARRY-IN BAGS, BLANKETS, SLEEPING BAGS AND SIMILAR ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH BY KENTUCKY SPEEDWAY WHEN ENTERING THE FACILITY.. Prohibited items (SEE THE PROHIBITED ITEMS ENTRY) or contraband discovered during security inspections must be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. ITEMS MAY NOT BE LEFT AT THE GATE. Unlawful items discovered during security inspections will be confiscated and reported to the legal authorities. Any prohibited item discovered inside Kentucky Speedway will be confiscated. Uniformed police officers and Speedway Security will be stationed throughout the facility to ensure your safety. Should you require assistance, please notify the nearest event employee. The appropriate person or agency will then be dispatched to your location.

FREE SHUTTLE:
For your convenience, the Speedway will operate a continuous free shuttle service to drive fans to and from our parking and camping areas.

SOUVENIRS:
Souvenir stands are located throughout the facility and in the infield building near the exit of the Pedestrian Tunnel. The Official Kentucky Speedway Gift Shop is open daily. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time during the season. Winter hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The shop is located inside the Fan Center near Turn 3 off of Hwy. 35. Merchandise also is available online at www.kentuckyspeedway.com. Click on Gift Shop in the main navigation menu. Fans can contact the shop at 859-567-3419.

SUITES:
Our suites are located above the main concourse. You must have the appropriate wristband and event suite ticket to enter the Suite Level. To receive the proper wristband, present your suite ticket at our Suite/Club Check-In Area at Gate 12 near the Main Entrance. Suites will close 60 minutes following the conclusion of the day’s final event.

TERRACE BOXES:
Terrace Boxes are located behind Grandstand 2 and behind Grandstand 5. Seats may be purchased in blocks of 16 for our feature race events. Only persons with Terrace Box tickets and wristbands will be admitted. Contact our Sales Representatives at 859-647-4309 or visit www.kentuckyspeedway.com for rates and availability.

TICKETS:
Please inspect your tickets upon receipt and report discrepancies to our Ticket Office immediately at 888-652-RACE (7223) or 859-578-2300. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. TICKETS WILL NOT BE REISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.. Tickets obtained from sources other than Kentucky Speedway or Tickets.com may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and may not be honored. Kentucky Speedway and Tickets.com are not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or misplaced tickets..

TICKETS – PURCHASING:
Kentucky Speedway has five easy ways for you to purchase race tickets:
1.Call 888-652-RACE, Monday through Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Eastern).
2.Order and print your tickets online at www.kentuckyspeedway.com or www.tickets.com.
3.Mail your order (call 859-578-2300 for a mail order form or print a form from our Web site)
4. Visit our Ft. Mitchell ticket office at 400 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 100, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern). Tickets also are available at our Fan Center Ticket Office in Sparta, Ky. Please call 859-567-3400 for hours of operation.
5.Visit any Tickets.com outlet including Meijer Stores
Ticket prices increase $5.00 on race day.

TICKETS – GROUPS:

TICKETS - REFUNDS:
Kentucky Speedway DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Tickets issued for a postponed event will be honored on the rescheduled date.

TICKETS - “SCALPING”:
We prohibit the resale of tickets, at any value, on the Kentucky Speedway property. If you are unable to use your ticket(s), do not attempt to sell the ticket(s) on Speedway property. The sale of Kentucky Speedway tickets or credentials on Speedway grounds is in violation of Kentucky Law (KRS 518.070). (Tickets and credentials will be confiscated and the seller(s) will be removed from Speedway property).

TOURS:
Your tour includes an up-close look at areas that are off limits to fans during race weekends. Tours are available year round, excluding event weekends, for $5.00 per person. Children under age 6 are admitted free. Please schedule your tour a minimum of one week in advance by calling 859-567-3400.

TOW LOT:
If your vehicle is towed, you will be able to claim it following the completion of each race event at the parking area near the Kentucky Speedway Operations Building.

WILL CALL:
Kentucky Speedway tickets purchased up to 10 days prior to an event will be sent to our customers by U.S. Mail. Tickets ordered after the mailing cut-off date will be held for pick up at our Will Call Window at the Main Entrance. A PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO CLAIM TICKETS.
